Spa Coordinator (Full-Time)

Bloomfield Beauty Co. is a vibrant, award-winning medical spa dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences and a healthy, inspiring workplace. We’re looking for a Spa Coordinator - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, beautiful environment and enjoys working alongside a skilled team of nurses, medical aestheticians, and guest services staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and check in spa guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage café orders and maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house

• Educate clients on our curated skin and wellness products

• Help manage retail and backbar inventory

• Support the team with opening/closing duties and overall spa operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in office coordination, retail, serving/barista roles, or spa/hospitality is an asset

• A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Commitment to high standards in safety, hygiene, and professionalism

• Completion of Smart Serve (required); additional training provided
